ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to establish the nexus between organizational dynamism and innovation in modern firms. The methodology used here is previous research that was undertaken on the values and effects of organizational dynamism and innovation in modern firms. The findings indicate that organizational dynamism and innovation have the potential to increase both the organization's income and its rate of growth. The conclusion of this study is that the adoption of innovation and organizational dynamism are critical to businesses that are constantly coming up with new ideas or that operate in sectors that have a high pace of innovation.
